Cancellations & Returns

Due to the intimate setting of CocoMichelle Salon & Spa, and in order to provide
the best possible service for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and return policies.
Please take a moment to read the terms outlined below.

If you are feeling ill or have a fever, we ask that you refrain from coming into receive your services and reschedule your appointment. We will not enforce this cancellation policy in order to ensure the health and safety of all of our clients and employees.

No-shows

We require a minimum notice of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule appointments. We understand that emergencies happen; however, we have reserved your appointment time for you and may be unable to fill that time on short notice.

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or if you fail to give any notice whatsoever (no-show), you will be charged the full rate of your base service.


late arrivals

Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in your service being reduced or rescheduled.


service changes

If you have scheduled an appointment for multiple services and wish to change or cancel a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust the service time needed or schedule someone else in that space. Cancellations made at the time of service or less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to the cancellation policy and charges noted above. 


We guarantee all our product sales and want to ensure that you are happy with your choice. We will take back unused or slightly-used products if they are defective or if you are unsatisfied. We reserve the right to offer an exchange of products prior to arranging a return.
